Using the platform
Jogos do Teacher provides educational games for individual and classroom use. By accessing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other people’s access.
Accounts and administrator access
Administrator access is restricted to authorised users. Login details are personal and must not be shared. Visitors may play public games without an administrator account; some live-play features request host details before use.
Classroom and live play
Teachers and hosts are responsible for choosing appropriate content and for how they run a session. Participants must use accurate, appropriate display names and must not disrupt rooms or attempt to access host-only controls.
Availability and educational results
The service may be updated, interrupted, or withdrawn when necessary. Scores, game results, and generated activities are educational aids and are not official qualifications or guaranteed assessments of proficiency.
Privacy notice (LGPD)
Modo Fluente Ltda. is responsible for the personal information described here and handles it under Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law 13.709/2018 — LGPD).
Information we handle
- Administrator account and authentication information.
- Host details submitted for live play, including name, email address, school or industry, game type, and game title.
- Live-room information such as room codes, participant display names, teams, scores, answers, buzzes, timers, and session state.
- Technical information needed to operate, protect, and diagnose the service, such as device, connection, and access-log data.
Why it is used
Information is used to provide and synchronise games, administer published content, maintain security, answer requests, and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about your personal information, request correction or deletion, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact hello@modofluente.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
Children and classroom use
Schools, teachers, and guardians should avoid entering unnecessary personal information about children. Participants should use only the display name needed for the classroom activity. The responsible adult or educational institution must ensure the activity is used with any permission required by applicable law.

The Jogos do Teacher platform, its original branding, interface, game presentation, and proprietor-authored content are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. “Jogos do Teacher” is operated by Modo Fluente Ltda.
Public games may be used in ordinary lessons and presentations through the platform. This does not grant permission to copy, resell, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, or distribute the platform or its content outside the permitted service. Rights in third-party material remain with their respective owners.
